A month of doing a little less
I stopped filling every spare minute. Here is what I started noticing instead.

For the past month, I have been leaving home fifteen minutes early. No podcast. No inbox. Just the same walk, with enough time to actually see it.
I noticed a new drawing in the bakery window. A bench that had moved across the square. A neighbour who always waters the plants at eight.
Free time does not have to earn its place in your day.
Nothing dramatic happened. I did not become a different person. But the day stopped feeling like something I was constantly trying to catch up with.
Three things I am keeping
- A little space between appointments.
- Lunch without a screen, whenever I can.
- A small notebook for thoughts that do not need to become tasks.
What is one small habit that has made your days feel different?
